To encourage economic growth in Ross-on-Wye
 

Commission a study to discover what level average earnings would have to be raised to, to increase the G.V.A. (Gross Value Added) to the level of a comparable shire market town.

Maximise the benefit to Ross-on-Wye of its favourable proximity to motorway access (M50) for commercial development. 

Encourage the establishment of a group to explore and press for economic growth.
